SHIPPING FEES
We try to keep our shipping fees as competitive as possible and offer a flat rate of $5 or free for any orders over $150. We use either Toll or Australia Post so you will need to select your preferred carrier when placing your order. Toll do not deliver to NT so the only option will be with Australia Post. We aim to have your order to you overnight if you are in a capital city but it can take up to 2 days if you are in WA or country and remote areas. Please understand that these delivery timeframes are just a guideline and sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed before 3pm are despatched that day, Monday to Friday AEST.
In most cases you should receive your order within 2 days. International orders please allow 14 days for delivery. Unfortunately Australia Post deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home the whole time and you think your parcel has taken a while we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your notification has been misplaced.
CHECKING ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If you require any information on the status or whereabouts of your order please email us at shop@freez.com.au and someone will get back to you ASAP. All orders are not shipped direct from our stores so if you do call them they will be unable to help you. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order is shipped. Please note depending on your whereabouts it can sometimes take 24 hours for your tracking number to register with Australia Post if you have chosen that option.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do but you will need to contact us to organise. Please e-mail shop@freez.com.au and we can give you a quote on postage.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDERS FROM THE STORES?
Yes you can. When you place your order it will give you the option of choosing either Gymea, Jannali or Helensburgh and of course no postage fees will apply. As stock varies from store to store a confirmation email will be sent to you to advise when your order will be ready for pick up.
CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section of your order.
CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO A POST OFFICE BOX?
Yes it can but you must choose Australia Post as your shipping option. We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.
WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
No, but depending on what delivery method you choose and whether the driver deems the premises safe for a parcel to be left. If you choose Australia Post and are not at home then the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office. If you would like special instructions put on your parcel stating you would like the parcel left if no one is at home please put these instructions in the customer notes section of your order. If you choose Toll Priority and opt for the WITH signature option by filling in the customer notes section and are not home to receive your parcel then it will be taken to the nearest Toll Depot. There is a re-delivery fee of $10 which must be paid by the customer in order to receive your parcel again
