WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed are despatched within 48 hours of payment being received so you will receive your order within 7 days of purchasing (International Orders please allow 10 days). If you choose to have your order sent Express Post/Toll Priority you will receive it within 3 days. All Express Post orders received before 2 pm on business working days will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Before contacting us on the whereabouts of your parcel please contact your local post office as often parcels can be there. If you have opted for Express Post please call 13 11 18 and quote the tracking number we would have sent you when your parcel was dispatched. If you have opted for Toll Priority please check your tracking number online to trace your parcel. These time frames are a guideline only and some orders can be received within a couple of days. Unfortunately Australia Post deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you have chosen Australia Post and haven't been home the whole time and you think your parcel has taken a while we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your notification notice has been misplaced.
WHAT IF I GET THE WRONG SIZE?
As per our in store policy we do not refund, however you may exchange for another size or item or receive an online credit to use next time. Simply e-mail us at returns@freez.com.au to arrange your exchange. After posting back your item Freez will pay for the postage back to you.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Visa & Mastercard using the secure facilities of PayPal, so you can rest easy that your credit card details are 100% secure. Don't have a credit card? We also accept direct deposit, cheques and money orders. For those who feel more comfortable paying by credit card over the phone, you may also phone through your credit card details to 02 9541 0060 and speak to either Lisa, Kylie or Berenice. First time customers placing credit card orders over $300 will be required to send through photo ID before the parcel is delivered. You will be contacted if this is required.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to the shipping charges page. Please note, we cannot ship MINKPINK product to the US or Canada.
WILL THE STOCK I SEE ONLINE BE AVAILABLE AT THE STORES?
Unfortunately there are no guarantees as stock varies all the time. If you are making a trip to specifically see something please e-mail us at shop@freez.com.au to check whether that item is available in store. Alternatively, if its not, we may be able to arrange for it to be there providing we have the size in stock. The Anise brand is currently available online only and not in store.
WHAT SIZE IS THE MANNEQUIN PHOTOGRAPHED?
Our manneuqin is a standard size 8 and we photograph her in a Size 8 or Size XS (but if a style doesn't come in a XS then in a S). Her height is approx 1.6m from base to neck.
