Shipping Information

Shipping fees

We try to keep our shipping fees as competitive as possible and offer a flat rate of $8 or free for orders over $150. We use either Fastway, Toll or Australia Post depending on where you are located (NB Aust Post only available for customers in the NT or for orders being sent to a P O Box).

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. In most cases you should receive your order within 3 working days. Unfortunately Australia Post deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Checking on the status of your order

If you require any information on the whereabouts of your order please e-mail shop@freez.com.au. You should receive a tracking number via email the day your order is dispatched and be able to track it from there.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to New Zealand only. Shipping to New Zealand is $25 via Standard Airmail. Please e-mail shop@freez.com.au for further information.

Can I pick up my orders from the store?

Yes you can. When you place your order it will give you the option of choosing pick up from our Gymea store and of course no postage fee will apply. A confirmation email will be sent to you to advise when your order will be ready for pick up.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section of your order.

Can my order be sent to a post office box?

Yes it can but you must choose Australia Post as your shipping option. We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.

Will I need to be home to receive my order?

No you don’t need to be home as we will put an authority to leave on your parcel if no one is there, please only choose courier if there is somewhere safe for the parcel to be left otherwise we would recommend getting it sent to a business address or with Australia Post. If you have any special instructions where you would like your parcel left then please let us know when you are placing your order in the customer notes.
