Welcome to our Freez Personalised Delivery Service, below are all the details you need to know including the suburbs that can receive this service.

Please note that this service is run from our office & not our stores.
Must be specified in the customer notes on your order e.g. where you would like the parcel left if no one is going to be home or alternatively the business name if you are getting it delivered to a place of business.
Are Monday's and Friday's but please know that during our busy times or after Public Holiday's it may take a day or two longer to arrive.
Yes, you will receive an e-mail advising the day your parcel will be arriving.
Are the customer’s responsibility & can either be posted back to 103 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea 2227 or dropped into the Gymea store. Please know that refunds are not processed through our store so will be passed back to our online office and will be processed within 48 hours (Mon to Fri). Alternatively you may swap your order in store to something else if you wish & receive a partial refund if there is still a balance owing.
Can be made in store for another size or to a new item & if there is a balance still owing then this will be refunded back to you via our office. If you wish for a size to be placed on hold please contact our office & we can arrange this for you. You can then stop by at your convenience to our Gymea store to drop off your return item and pick up your exchange. We are sorry but under no circumstances can exchanges be done via our delivery service.
